One of the area’s crowning glories is the Pascucci Coffee Roastery, founded in 1883 right here, amongst the rolling hills surrounding the village. This brand, a symbol of Italian excellence in the world of coffee, carries with it a legacy of passion and quality, deeply rooted in the local area and celebrated internationally. Savouring a cup of the famous Pascucci coffee thus becomes a ritual that takes you back to the origins of an iconic tradition.
Equally significant is the inclusion of Monte Cerignone in the regional ‘Le Strade della Birra’ project, which celebrates the craft breweries of the Marche region. Among these, BAAM (Birrificio Agricolo Alto Montefeltro) stands out, inviting visitors to discover unique flavours and traditional techniques, making it an unmissable stop for beer lovers. Not to be forgotten is the ‘Bustreng’, a traditional sweet made according to an ancient recipe, celebrated every Ferragosto with a centuries-old festival.
As well as its culinary delights, Monte Cerignone stands out for its ability to bring the Middle Ages back to life through truly evocative events. Among these, the Palio and the “Mons Cerignones” Historical Procession are unmissable events. The Medieval Days transform the village into an authentic journey back in time, with historical costumes, tournaments, music and flavours of the era. The streets come alive with figures in medieval dress, whilst the beat of drums and bugles echoes between the ancient walls, offering a unique immersive experience.
