Unique Architecture: The church’s façade is characterised by a bell tower on the left and a slightly projecting wall on the right, evidence of ancient renovation work. In the centre, the main portal welcomes visitors with a majestic tympanum and painted masonry.
Fascinating Interiors: Once inside, you’ll be enchanted by the three-nave layout, although it has been slightly modified over time. Sturdy Structure: The church is built with solid load-bearing walls of brick and stone, whilst inside four pillars support the vault and delineate the naves; the interior is entirely plastered and painted, lending it an air of elegance.
Iconic Ceilings: The central nave features a barrel vault with a slightly lowered arch, whilst the chancel is crowned by a pavilion vault, creating a majestic and evocative sight.
